Erwan Ruty nous livre son analyse sans concession du traitement réservé aux journalistes et aux journaux des quartiers. Et plus largement sur la presse écrite.

Dans ces quartiers-là, on sait que les gens qui travaillent sur les contenus culturels et médiatiques, quand ils organisent un blog, des ateliers vidéos ou un journal local…Et bien ils sont soutenus par l'argent de la politique de la ville ou du ministère de la jeunesse. Mais pas par le ministère de la culture et de la communication. C’est un problème.
