D’un racisme légalisé à un racisme institutionnalisé ou de l’histoire d’un rapport ambigu entre la SNCF et les populations minoritaires.

Ils sont presque 900, ou peut-être un millier. Comme dans la célèbre chanson de Ferrat, « ils veulent simplement ne plus vivre à genoux ». Des dizaines d’autres les rejoignent tous les jours. Tous concernés par le même bout de papier, une simple annexe, la fameuse « A1 ». Celle qui prévoit leur statut particulier, leur mise à l’écart des autres.
