La Ministre du logement revient sur la question de la mixité sociale dans les offices HLM, en soulignant son attachement au principe d’égalité inhérent à notre Constitution.

L’OPAC de Saint Etienne a été condamné pour avoir organisé des quotas ethniques, ce dernier affirme que la loi sur la mixité sociale dans les HLM n’est pas claire et que la mission interministérielle d’inspection sociale (MIILOS) a eu tort de lui reprocher son interprétation, quelle est votre réaction ?
